Appeal against refusal of visa for Expo Milan 2015

Expo Milan 2015 is the most important event of the year. The famous exhibition will take place in Milan from 1 May to 31 October.
More than 146 countries will join the event and more than 20 million visitors are expected. In fact, companies and people from every countries have already organized their visit to Expo Milan 2015.
In order to enter to Italy, the foreigner must have a valid passaport and, where provided, a valid visa. The applications for Schengen visa must be submited at the Italian embassy or consulate in the country of residence of the applicant.
Despite the European Commission and Italian government have recommended the Italian consulates in order to facilitate the visa applications, many requests are rejected for unclear reasons, such as "the information provided are not reliable" or "your intention to leave the territory of the Member state before the expiration of Visa, cannot be surely ascertained".
Against visa denial, the foreigner can appeal the TAR of Lazio (the administrative court based in Rome). The assistance of an Italian lawyer is required by law. The applicant can't appeal personally and the foreign lawyers are not authorized before the Italian courts.
