Graduated in Law from Rohilkhand University, India, and post-graduated from MATS University, Chitranjali has been the only female member of the core committee of Amnesty International in India (2006-2009). She was awarded by Amnesty International in 2008 and by President of India in 2010 for her efforts in the field of human rights. Miss Chitranjali is currently an active member of: Amnesty International, Tibetan Center for Human Rights & Democracy, Deputy Director of Kalpeswara Mahadev Charitable Trust in Uttarakhand (India), Woman Power Connect and more. She works as a lawyer at the Supreme Court of New Delhi. She wishes: "peace, inner satisfaction and love" for herself and her Country.
